World Cup 2022 qualifying fixtures Official: Starting From October 13

FIFA World Cup (FIFA) has announced the detailed World Cup 2022 qualifying fixtures finals in Qatar.

Accordingly, the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will start on November 21. Each day there will be 4 matches in the group stage until December 2. Thus, the matches in the group stage will take place in 12 days.

The first two matches of the 2022 World Cup group stage will take place in the following time slots: 1:00 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time. Meanwhile, the last round of the group stage and knockout matches will take place at 6pm and 10pm local time.

According to the new competition organization plan issued by AFC, the second World Cup 2022 qualifying fixtures in Asia will restart in October 2020. Specifically, rounds are held on: 8-10, 13-10, 12-11, and 17-11.

The opening match of the 2022 World Cup will be held at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor City on 21 November in a match featuring home team Qatar.

The venue for the World Cup 2022 qualifying fixtures final is the Lusail Stadium in Doha and takes place on 18 December.

Currently, Asia is the only region that has kicked off the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. Meanwhile, Europe, South America, North America and Africa have yet to start due to the effects of the Covid- 19.

According to a new tournament plan issued by AFC, the second qualifying round of the World Cup 2020 in Asia will restart in October 2020. As follows:

– The 7th competition day is held on 8/10/2020

– The 8th competition day is held on 13/10/2020

– The 9th competition day will be held on 12/11/2020

– The 10th competition day is held on 17/11/2020

According to the schedule, Vietnam Tel will come to Malaysia on the 8th day (October 13, 2020), then return home to welcome Indonesia on the 9th day (12 / 11/2020). The final match of Vietnam Tel in the second round of the 2022 World Cup in Asia is a visit to the UAE team on the 10th day (November 17, 2020).
